Acceptance

By accessing or using MarketData, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms presented for a particular subscription, trading feature, broker connection or third-party service.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Multi-factor authentication is required for MarketData accounts. You must not share authentication codes, recovery codes or credentials in a way that compromises account security.

Subscriptions and access levels

Feature access depends on the subscription associated with the account. Some pages may be view-only or unavailable on lower tiers.

Elite is the only subscription tier eligible for Algorithmic Trading, Robot Trading and High Frequency Trading. Elite payment does not itself grant trading-system access. Those features may remain disabled until MarketData completes its review and grants separate approval.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, circumvent access controls, scrape or redistribute protected data in breach of applicable rights, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use MarketData for unlawful activity.

Market data and intellectual property

MarketData software, branding, layouts and original content remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Market information may also be subject to exchange, vendor or other third-party licence restrictions.

Service availability

MarketData may perform maintenance, modify features, suspend access for security or compliance reasons, or experience outages caused by infrastructure or third-party services.

Trading features

If you are approved for a trading feature, you must comply with applicable broker, exchange, legal, risk and MarketData requirements. MarketData may suspend or revoke trading-system access where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, eligibility, misuse or risk management.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, MarketData is not responsible for losses caused by decisions made solely from platform information, third-party outages, user configuration, unauthorised credential disclosure, or use contrary to these terms.
